During the recording of two simultaneous albums (the first brand-new RecEpis recordings in over two years!), this EP was created. Using an archival recording of Chunkstyle's bass improvisations as a ... well, as a base, drums and guitar were recorded to complete 5 instrumentals. Originally, these were to join the other 30+ songs being prepared for a new album... but then Ernie Anderson samples began appearing in the mix,* and a short (3:33) themed-EP seemed more appropriate.

* These samples are taken from an 11-minute bootleg of Ernie "Ghoulardi" Anderson in a voice-over session for America's Funniest People. Ruthlessly edited into a non-stop barrage of aggressive profanity, it is one of the funniest blooper reels of all time. It appears on the compilation CD Celebrities...At Their Worst! Vol. 2 (Amazon usually has used copies, and you can try here for a new copy)
